It's nothing personal, but please assume if you send me a text message that I'm not going to read it. I just don't like texting. Please don't attempt to make plans with me by text. I'm not going to do it. Please don't send me a text with news about important life events like the death of a loved on or a pending engagement. Can you really take my condolences, or congratulations, seriously when they're written in some bastardized short-hand of the English language anyway? Text messaging is on my list of things that should be banned, right next to iceberg lettuce and lazy people. If I could figure out how to block it from my phone, I would. But I cannot, so ignoring them is the next best thing.
