Christmas 2008

I don't have very many pictures from Christmas this year, or at least very many that don't have a blur of motion where Jackson should be. He's much harder to photograph than he was last year 'cuz he never sits still. We had a wonderful Christmas at Mom & Dad's and Santa was very good to all of us. Along with an Elmo that never shuts up, Santa gave Jackson "Rody," the cool horse/donkey thing pictured below. He figured out right away how to bounce him around.
Despite all of the cool tools he got, Jackson preferred the everyday items we had around the house for entertainment, like measuring cups and the laundry basket.

This is how my belly felt after Christmas dinner, too, but I'm sure no one would have thought it was cute if I walked around like this.
