Sleeping With The Enemy

I sleep best on my stomach. I currently have what feels like two baseballs sown inside my chest, so this is next to impossible. I've tried every combination of pillows and cushions imaginable, I just can't make it work. So I struggle to fall asleep on my back and then at some point in the night, wake myself up in pain after I've rolled over on my stomach. I'll be quite pleased to get rid of these expanders and get a good night sleep!

I had another fill today. The left side is at the right size, so now it's being "over-expanded" to accommodate the swap. The right side is still slow-poking along, so I will need another fill or two to get it to the proper volume. Each fill is getting a little more uncomfortable than the one before, so I'm glad that I'm almost done with this part of the process.

When we were kids, we occasionally had this water-filled balloon-like toy that would turn inside out. I can't remember what it was called; Kris thinks it was a Wet Willy, I feel like it was called a hot dog or something like that, but I know it was orange. Anyway, I ran a little bit at the gym one night and I could feel it moving. It felt just like that toy. I was convinced that the left side had moved again and was worried that she might not be able to access the port, but luckily that wasn't the case. I asked today and she said it's okay if I run, so we'll see if it stays in place.
