Hurts So Good
I've finally gotten to a place where I feel strong enough to get back to the gym and really work. I'd been here and there for the past few months and gone through the motions, but I can't tell you how good it feels now to really push myself. To know that I'm sweating because of how hard I'm working, not a hot flash. To know that whatever aches or tingles is muscle repairing itself because I pushed the limit, not because some chemical is wrecking havoc with my body. I've got a long way to go to get back to where I was six months ago, but it's so wonderful to have a reason for being tired!
