Chemo #2

Chemo #2 is now scheduled for Friday at 11:00. I guess one day off schedule won't harm everything. I'll have to figure out if this means the rest of them will have to be on Fridays or if I can go back to Thursdays for the rest of my treatments. At least we've got it scheduled now and there's one less thing to worry about.

Hey Mel,

I'm sorry for all of the changes and frustration -- certainly not what you need to deal with. Hopefully your old doc will be settled soon and you can go back with her in time for your next treatment. I'll be thinking about you on Friday.

If there's a silver lining here, I think it's that they at least agree on the treatment, which is your means to the end of this! Maybe your original doctor will be willing to talk to you when you feel like you need to until she opens her practice back up, especially since you knew her before all of this. Talking to her may at least give you reassurance that you are moving in the right direction! Hang in there...you are doing amazingly well! 'Keep On Keeping On'...Love you!
