Time To Make the Donuts

Well, time to get the chemo, but I did have a donut for breakfast. My awesome sister, Kristen, drove to Fredericksburg yesterday to get donuts from Paul's Bakery. They make the best donuts I've ever had and Kristen wanted me to have something good to eat before chemo. Kristen, you shouldn't have done that- but I'm glad you did!

I'm getting ready to take my first anti-emetic and then we'll be off. Mom stayed with me last night, so she gets to go with me to my first chemo. I'll be heading to Woodstock with her after chemo since this weekend is Easter. I'll try to post once we get to Woodstock to let everyone know how it went, but since I don't know what to expect, I can' t promise I'll be up to it.
