The main thing that I've been hearing since I shaved my head last week is how much I look like Dad. I figured I'd offer a side by side comparison before my hair completely falls out.
What you can't see in this picture are the spots on top of my head that are already completely bald and the stains on my shirt from the green popsicle I had during chemo. Thanks, Kristen, for keeping those out.
Today has been split between naps on the couch and naps in bed. I do still have some nausea, but not nearly as bad as last time. I think taking the Compazine earlier and more frequently has definitely helped there. The fatigue is already with me and I know that part has a couple of days to go before it peaks. But overall, I'm weathering this round pretty well. Thanks for all of your thoughts and good wishes!
